- If you currently have eyelash extensions done at another salon, please inform us ahead of time. A removal fee may apply depending on the condition of the existing set.
- For optimal results, we recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after a lash lift before getting eyelash extensions. This allows your natural lashes to relax and ensures better adherence.
- If you’re experiencing any eye inflammation (e.g. styes, conjunctivitis), we advise rescheduling your appointment. Your eye health and safety are our priority.
Aftercare Tips
- Avoid direct water pressure from the shower and excessive splashing over your new eyelash extensions.

Lash shampoo and cleansing lotion will helps to remove excess oil, dirt and makeup products. Carefully use these cleanser with microswabs as this fibres will not pull and tug eyelash extensions during cleansing process.
• Perfect coating gel can be applied lightly to the base of the extensions 2 to 3 times a week to secure the extensions’ glue. This step helps to prolong eyelash extensions longevity.
