DELIVERY
Where do you ship to?
Carragheen provides local and overseas delivery for our products.
For overseas purchases, kindly place your orders via WhatsApp at +65 9003 3391.
International Shipping arrangements are handled separately and offline to ensure the best available rates for your destination.
Once we’ve confirmed the shipping cost and you’re agreeable to proceed, full payment for both the products and shipping will be required before we release the goods to the courier company.
We take care to ensure your items are securely packed and delivered safely to you, wherever you are in the world.
What delivery options are available?
Carragheen offers 2 delivery options in Singapore, with order tracking services.
Standard Courier Delivery at $5 (3 – 5 Working Days)
Express Courier Delivery at $15 (Same day delivery)
Enjoy free standard courier delivery for orders above $80!
Please note that:
Orders received before 5pm will be processed on the actual day. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next working weekday.
Orders received after 5pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed only on Monday.
Can I request for specific delivery times?
Please note that our delivery partners are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
If you’re unavailable to receive your order in person, kindly leave a note with the courier for an alternative secure drop-off location.
You’ll receive a notification from the courier company, typically within three hours of delivery.
Can I collect my online order in-store?
Yes. Simply select “In-Store Collection” at checkout, and your order will be prepared for pickup at our boutique. Once it’s ready, our team will notify you so you can collect your items at your convenience.
What happens when there is a failed delivery?
Please ensure that you or an authorised recipient is available during the first delivery attempt.
If you are unable to receive the parcel personally, kindly leave specific instructions with the courier for a safe and secure drop-off location.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a re-delivery fee equivalent to the original courier charge will apply.
